About Neo

AI is the most significant shift in how work gets done since the advent of the Internet — yet most organizations fail to capture its value. Neo is changing that.

Founded by Bhavin Turakhia — Co-Founder of Zeta, Radix, and Titan — Neo is building an integrated, AI-first suite of products that capture work, centralize context, and make AI a first-class participant in every workflow:

Tasket — A radically reimagined, AI-native, work management platform that centralizes context and makes AI delegation seamless for all work.
Friday — AI Assistant, co-worker and agent platform, pre-integrated into Tasket, Studio, Drive and 1000+ SaaS platforms.
Studio — AI-native suite for co-creating docs, spreadsheets and diagrams collaboratively with humans and agents.
Scribe — AI assistant for meetings that goes beyond note-taking and actually does your work while on the call.

About the role

As Design Lead, you will own Neo's visual identity and every design output that reaches the market. Brand, website, campaigns, product storytelling, video and motion.

You will build and lead the design function across brand, graphics, video and motion. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will design as well as direct. We leverage best in breed AI tools at every step, across ideation, image and video generation, editing and asset production. The work moves in rapid iteration cycles.

Job Location

Bangalore, India (100% on-site)

Responsibilities

1. Brand & visual system

Own Neo's visual identity across the suite and every product within it
Define and evolve the design language across typography, colour, iconography, illustration and motion
Build the systems, templates and components the team produces against

2. Product storytelling

Lead the visual explanation of what the products do, across product videos, demo walkthroughs, short clips, screenshots, interface stills and diagrams
Set the standard for how a complex, AI-native workflow is made legible on screen

3. Video & motion

Own video and motion end to end, from concept and script visualisation through production, editing, motion design and delivery
Build the production pipeline and hold quality across a high release cadence

4. Marketing & web design

Direct the design of website pages, landing pages, campaign creative, social assets, email, sales collateral and presentation systems
Partner with Web and Growth on layout, interaction and responsive behaviour, and design for what will ship

5. Building the function

Hire, lead and develop the design team across brand, graphics, video and motion
Set standards and priorities, run critique, and build the review systems that make quality repeatable
Establish intake, prioritisation and turnaround expectations with the teams design serves

Skills

Outstanding visual craft across brand, digital and motion, with a portfolio that shows range and a clear point of view
Deep command of video and motion design, including what holds attention in a product video
Strong systems thinking. You design languages and components rather than one-off assets
Ability to understand a technical software product deeply enough to explain it visually
Working understanding of web technology and front-end constraints, and the ability to collaborate with developers directly
Fluency across the modern design, motion and video toolchain
Hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of how you produce work
Judgment about which work deserves craft time and which needs to ship today
Proven ability to hire and develop designers, and to raise the quality of work you did not make

Experience & Qualifications

8 to 12 years in design, with significant time in brand, marketing or product marketing design for software companies
Demonstrated ownership of a brand or visual identity system across multiple products or a full portfolio
Proven experience leading video and motion work, directly or by directing producers and editors
Proven experience building and leading a design team
Experience designing for B2B SaaS, developer tools or technically complex products is strongly preferred
Experience designing for a global audience, with the US as a primary market
