About Neo

AI is the most significant shift in how work gets done since the advent of the Internet — yet most organizations fail to capture its value. Neo is changing that.

Founded by Bhavin Turakhia — Co-Founder of Zeta, Radix, and TitanNeo is building an integrated, AI-first suite of products that capture work, centralize context, and make AI a first-class participant in every workflow:

  • Tasket — A radically reimagined, AI-native, work management platform that centralizes context and makes AI delegation seamless for all work.

  • Friday — AI Assistant, co-worker and agent platform, pre-integrated into Tasket, Studio, Drive and 1000+ SaaS platforms.

  • Studio — AI-native suite for co-creating docs, spreadsheets and diagrams collaboratively with humans and agents.

  • Drive — AI-native repository, where humans and agents can co-work on files.

  • Scribe — AI assistant for meetings that goes beyond note-taking and actually does your work while on the call.

About the role

Every fast-growing company has a moment where the spreadsheets can't keep up with the headcount. Neo is at that moment — and we're looking for someone who finds that problem genuinely satisfying to solve.

In this role, you will work directly with HR leadership to manage our trackers, compliance data, and process documentation across three entities. This is real work with real visibility, not side tasks or busywork. If you love the challenge of turning chaos into a clean, functioning system, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Trackers & Data Accuracy: Maintain and continuously update key trackers for headcount, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and attendance. Ensure data is reliable so HR leadership can trust these metrics at any moment.

  • HR Systems Support: Act as the first line of support for HR tools and systems (HRMS, ATS) — managing data entry, access requests, and generating analytical reports.

  • Process Documentation: Map out and document HR processes as they are created, making them clear, standardized, and reusable.

  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Manage sensitive employee data with strict accuracy and confidentiality, proactively flagging anomalies rather than making assumptions.

  • Leadership Support: Rapidly turn around ad-hoc data and report requests from HR leadership with precision.

Skills

  • Data Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, data hygiene); exposure to HRMS or ATS systems is a bonus.

  • Systems Thinker: Naturally inclined to look at a messy manual process and build a streamlined way to fix it.

  • Discretion: Highly trustworthy when dealing with confidential employee and organizational data.

  • Ownership & Initiative: Self-driven team member who feels comfortable asking clarifying questions while moving projects forward without needing step-by-step hand holding.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (any academic stream welcomed).

  • Prior exposure to HR operations, compliance, or data management is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and minimal daily oversight.
