About Neo

AI is the most significant shift in how work gets done since the advent of the Internet — yet most organizations fail to capture its value. Neo is changing that.

Founded by Bhavin Turakhia — Co-Founder of Zeta, Radix, and TitanNeo is building an integrated, AI-first suite of products that capture work, centralize context, and make AI a first-class participant in every workflow:

  • Tasket — A radically reimagined, AI-native, work management platform that centralizes context and makes AI delegation seamless for all work.

  • Friday — AI Assistant, co-worker and agent platform, pre-integrated into Tasket, Studio, Drive and 1000+ SaaS platforms.

  • Studio — AI-native suite for co-creating docs, spreadsheets and diagrams collaboratively with humans and agents.

  • Drive — AI-native repository, where humans and agents can co-work on files.

  • Scribe — AI assistant for meetings that goes beyond note-taking and actually does your work while on the call.

About the role

In an AI-native company, humanity is our secret weapon. As tools automate systems, keeping work human, supportive, and engaging is more vital than ever. We are looking for an HR Generalist Intern to be our ground-level sensory engine. You’ll answer everyday employee questions, run casual morale check-ins, plan team celebrations, and translate real human signals into actionable insights alongside HR leadership.

Responsibilities

  • First-Line Query Support: Act as an approachable main contact for employee questions regarding leave, policies, and workplace basics.

  • Pulse Checks & Sentiment: Hold informal, low-pressure conversations to gauge team morale and spot hidden friction early.

  • Engagement & Culture: Plan warm onboarding moments, team celebrations, and culture activities end-to-end.

  • Human-Centered Comms: Write clear, friendly policy updates, announcements, and FAQs that explain workplace changes without corporate jargon.

  • Process & Asset Building: Create easy, reusable templates for onboarding coms, query FAQs, and engagement playbooks to keep our team running smoothly as we scale.

Skills

  • High Empathy & Listening: Approachable and adept at reading the room, noticing unsaid dynamics, and creating psychological safety.

  • Clear Comms: Strong writing skills with an ability to translate complex HR guidelines into friendly, engaging formats.

  • Helpful & Proactive: High ownership and problem-solving drive to resolve employee questions accurately and quickly.

  • Discretion: Sound judgment and high integrity when exposed to sensitive employee signals and pre-announcement updates.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (open to any discipline).

  • Prior exposure or coursework in HR, internal comms, or customer-facing roles is a plus, not mandatory.

  • Genuine care for people and building great work environments matters far more than years of traditional resume experience.
