About Neo

AI is the most significant shift in how work gets done since the advent of the Internet — yet most organizations fail to capture its value. Neo is changing that.

Founded by Bhavin Turakhia — Co-Founder of Zeta, Radix, and Titan — Neo is building an integrated, AI-first suite of products that capture work, centralize context, and make AI a first-class participant in every workflow:

• Tasket — A radically reimagined, AI-native work management platform that centralizes context and makes AI delegation seamless for all work.

• Friday — AI Assistant, co-worker and agent platform, pre-integrated into Tasket, Studio, Drive and 1000+ SaaS platforms.

• Studio — AI-native suite for co-creating docs, spreadsheets and diagrams collaboratively with humans and agents.

• Drive — AI-native repository, where humans and agents can co-work on files.

• Scribe — AI assistant for meetings that goes beyond note-taking and actually does your work while on the call.

About the Role

As a part of the Product Marketing team, you will work closely with Product, Growth, Design, Customer Success, and leadership to drive the execution of Tasket’s go-to-market and product marketing initiatives. Tasket is a B2B task management platform built for fast-moving teams, and this role is focused on operationalizing product marketing across launches, PLG, lifecycle marketing, enablement, research, and adoption.

This role requires a hands-on, execution-oriented product marketer who is well spoken, intelligent, resourceful, and able to convert strategic direction into clear, high-quality output. You should be comfortable working across the full lifecycle — acquisition, activation, expansion, and advocacy — and helping ensure that product value is translated into market-facing execution with speed and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Feature Launches: Drive end-to-end execution of product and feature launches from a marketing standpoint. Translate product releases into launch briefs, rollout plans, internal communication, customer-facing assets, and enablement material. Coordinate across Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Success to ensure launches are executed cleanly and on time.

  • Positioning & Messaging Support: Support the development and sharpening of product, feature, persona, and use-case messaging. Translate product capabilities into clear market-facing narratives, value propositions, and proof-oriented communication across pages, decks, demos, emails, and campaigns.

  • User Research & Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market, competitor, and customer research to understand workflows, pain points, objections, category narratives, and buying triggers. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations for GTM strategy, launch execution, lifecycle communication, and enablement.

  • PLG & Lifecycle Marketing: Help operationalize PLG and lifecycle initiatives across activation, expansion, and advocacy. Support onboarding communication, template-led adoption, invite nudges, switching support, review generation, case study sourcing, referral programs, and reactivation journeys. Work closely with Product and Growth to improve activation, habit formation, and team adoption.

  • Sales Enablement & GTM Assets: Build and maintain high-quality customer-facing and internal GTM collateral including one-pagers, feature explainers, competitor comparisons, use-case decks, objection-handling docs, demo support material, and customer communication assets. Ensure consistency across touchpoints and continuously improve materials based on field feedback and product updates.

  • Content & Distribution Support: Support the execution of content tied to product workflows, feature education, competitor alternatives, and category capture. Work on landing pages, blogs, lifecycle emails, customer stories, guides, product walkthroughs, and campaign support assets. Help repurpose core narratives across channels and funnel stages.

  • Cross-functional GTM Operations: Work across Product, Growth, Design, Customer Success, and leadership to keep GTM execution structured and moving. Maintain launch calendars, documentation, asset libraries, and workflow checklists. Bring discipline to recurring product marketing workstreams and ensure high-quality follow-through.
