About the role

We are looking for a high-impact HR Specialist / Lead to own Talent Management and the Performance Management System (PMS) across Neo, Finova, and Ryze. This role is designed as a dedicated COE partner, driving the full performance cycle — from goal setting to calibration to analytics — in a fast-growing, high-hiring-velocity environment. While Talent Management will be the primary area of focus, the individual should also be open to working across other COE functions within the HR team — including Learning & Development, Total Rewards — driving these end-to-end as needed. 

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve the Performance Management

  • System (PMS) aligned to business goals

  • Drive goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and annual performance cycles across

  • business units

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure consistency, fairness, and

  • high-quality evaluation outcomes

  • Build calibration frameworks and performance analytics to support decisionmaking

  • Drive end-to-end execution of performance-related programs with speed and

  • rigor

  • Reduce dependency on central teams by building self-sufficient COE capability

  • within the business

  • Ensure strong documentation, governance, and stakeholder communication

  • across performance initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience

  • Strong execution capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management with business leaders 

  • Ability to operate as a standalone COE partner in a fast-paced environment
