About the Role

As Manager, Product Marketing at Neo, you will own how our products are positioned, launched, communicated, and adopted in the market. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership to translate product strategy into sharp messaging, structured GTM plans, high-quality marketing assets, lifecycle programs, sales enablement, and market intelligence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, write clearly, use AI deeply, manage execution with discipline, and lead a small team across product marketing and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Neo’s products, features, personas, and use cases. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated, market-facing communication that helps customers understand what Neo does, why it matters, and how it changes the way work gets done.

  • Product Launches & GTM: Lead GTM strategy and execution for product and feature launches. Define the audience, message, rollout approach, launch plan, internal readiness, customer communication, and success metrics in partnership with Product, Growth, Design, and leadership.

  • Growth, Lifecycle & Adoption: Partner with Growth and Product to improve acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. Shape the messaging, journeys, content, and experiments that help users discover value quickly, build habits, and expand usage across teams.

  • Content & Campaign Strategy: Own product-led content and campaign narratives across key marketing channels. Ensure content is sharp, commercially relevant, on-message, and effectively repurposed across acquisition, education, engagement, and adoption.

  • Customer Proof & Market Intelligence: Stay close to customers, competitors, market shifts, category narratives, and emerging AI-native software trends. Turn early customer conversations, usage signals, objections, and market feedback into sharper messaging, stronger proof, and better GTM decision-making.

  • AI-Driven Marketing & Automation: Use AI tools and workflows deeply across research, content creation, campaign execution, reporting, experimentation, competitive intelligence, and marketing operations. Continuously identify ways to automate repetitive work, improve speed, and raise output quality across the marketing function.

  • Team & Marketing Execution: Manage and mentor Product Marketing and Marketing Associates. Set priorities, review output, improve quality, and ensure launches, campaigns, content, GTM assets, and recurring marketing workstreams move with speed and discipline.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and adoption levers.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product ideas into clear market-facing narratives.

  • Strong product thinking and ability to understand workflows, use cases, customer pain points, and product differentiation.

  • Ability to build launch plans, lifecycle programs, GTM assets, product-led content, and campaign narratives.

  • Strong research and synthesis ability across customers, competitors, markets, and emerging AI-native software trends.

  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect messaging, campaigns, and product marketing work to acquisition, activation, retention, and growth.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign, funnel, and product usage data to improve GTM execution.

  • Strong taste in copy, content, design, and customer-facing communication.

  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows for research, content, analysis, experimentation, and marketing execution.

  • High ownership, urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience across product marketing, GTM, growth, content, or adjacent marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or software.

  • Proven experience owning product positioning, messaging, launches, lifecycle communication, product-led content, GTM assets, and market research.

  • Experience working on products with multiple personas, use cases, workflows, or customer segments.

  • Strong exposure to PLG, hybrid PLG, or early-stage SaaS GTM environments is preferred.

  • Experience in AI-native product marketing, AI-enabled SaaS, agents, assistants, or workflow automation products is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, analysis, reporting, or marketing operations.

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers is preferred.

  • Prior experience in startup or growth-stage environments is preferred.
