About the role

We are looking for a high-impact HR Specialist / Lead to drive end-to-end ownership of key people programs across Neo, Finova, and Ryze. This role is designed as a dedicated COE partner, consolidating Talent Management, L&D, Total Rewards, and HR Tech/Analytics capabilities into a single, execution-focused individual contributor. 

The role will be critical in enabling scale, speed, and quality of people processes in a fast-growing environment with high hiring velocity.

Responsibilities

1.Talent Management (PMS & Performance Framework) 

Design, implement, and continuously evolve the Performance Management System (PMS) aligned to business goals 

Drive goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and annual performance cycles across business units 

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure consistency, fairness, and high-quality evaluation outcomes 

Build calibration frameworks and performance analytics to support decision-making 

 

2. Learning & Development (L&D) 

Identify capability gaps and design targeted learning interventions 

Drive execution of leadership development, manager effectiveness, and functional training programs 

Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions 

Track learning impact and adoption using data-driven metrics 

 

3. Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) 

Support compensation planning cycles, including benchmarking, revisions, and structure alignment 

Design and execute reward and recognition frameworks aligned with performance outcomes 

Provide analytical support for compensation decisions, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness 

Partner with finance and stakeholders to ensure disciplined reward governance 

 

4. HR Tech & People Analytics 

Own HR data, dashboards, and reporting across Neo, Finova, and Ryze 

Build and maintain people analytics frameworks (attrition, hiring, performance, engagement) 

Drive automation and optimization of HR processes through tools and systems 

Act as the primary interface for HR Tech enablement and reporting needs 

 

5. Program Management & Execution Excellence 

Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional HR programs with speed and rigor 

Reduce dependency on central teams by building self-sufficient COE capability within the business 

Ensure strong documentation, governance, and stakeholder communication across initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of experience
